Meet the Team

Lead Designer
I guess I am the head cheese – the designer in charge. I’m not sure what to write about myself. However, what I do know is that I make client’s spaces a reflection of their awesome selves. I create a vision and the entire office helps make it come true. Yes, I have won some awards, gotten some degrees, but it’s the staff at ELDS that truly makes my design vision a reality. Read about them below!

Technical Director
Technically Lee doesn’t work here…however, he is stuck with all of us women because he married me. Lucky me! Lee is our technical support. I am convinced he knows everything. We rely on his incredible innovation to install major parts of our designs.

Purchasing Manager
Tiffany is in charge of anything relating to purchases. On any given day you can see her managing our warehouse with a smile on her face. She knows how to get things done and can take care of any of our general product information, pricing, and shipping needs. We wouldn’t trade her for any suave dude with huge muscles.

Assistant Interior Designer
Clarissa, like many of our favorite employees, came to us in an unexpected magical way! She has since gracefully swept into our lives like a fresh blueberry scone... delightful to the palate, light, and sweet. Clarissa's experience, taste level, and energy make her a great fit for our team. I am looking forward to utilizing her experience as well as her thoughtful approach to luxury design. Clarissa will be implementing my overall vision on some unique and special projects that I can't wait to unveil.

Business Manager
Oh Beth... we breathe so much deeper when Beth is around. Beth was a literal God send. We are grateful for the panache and beautiful vibes she adds to our work family lives. She keeps us overly organized, clean, presentable, loving, and running with the sparkle of a well polished chandelier. She is our mother hen. She ensures clients are well loved, employees are taken care of, and that our focus is on others and that we as people and as a team meet their needs.

Lead Designer
We were looking for a talented, lead design staff member with buckets of experience, and the word on the street is... Crystal is amazing... and....SHE IS! Crystal has waltzed into our happy offices bringing joy, experience, great sourdough bread recipes, her lovely family, and passion for artful and functional living. She leads major projects and our clientele love her...she makes their projects run smoothly and look gorgeous.

Detail Designer
Cathy is one of the softest spoken, kindest humans. She is beautiful inside and out, and equally as talented. We are lucky to have her...she came over to ELDS with Crystal, as she has been Crystal's Detail Designer for a few years! The two work gloriously in tandem. Cathy is one of those people that you instantly feel is a kindred spirit. She makes major portions of our projects come alive in all of the best ways.
